Ingredients
2 slices of bacon, 300 grams of cabbage sprouts, 3 minced garlic, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of chicken powder, 1 tbsp of rice wine, water 2 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons oil
Method
1. Wash the cabbage seedlings, cut into pieces and set aside.
2. Cut bacon into small slices; flatten and mince garlic and set aside.
3. Heat a pot, add oil, minced garlic, and bacon and saute until fragrant.
4. Add the cabbage sprouts from Step 1 into the pot of Step 3 and stir-fry for a few times. Add the rest of the seasonings and stir-fry until the flavor is absorbed.
