Use and Dosage

This product is administered by subcutaneous injection into the abdominal wall (the following dosages are expressed in "axaiu anti-factor xa activity international unit iu").

(1) The optimal dose for the prevention of clot formation during hemodialysis should be chosen according to the patient's condition and the technical conditions of hemodialysis. A single dose of this product should be injected from the vascular access artery at the beginning of each hemodialysis. For patients who are not at risk of bleeding, the following starting doses may be used according to their body weight: 0.3 ml, 0.4 ml, 0.6 ml for those weighing less than 50 kg, 50-69 kg, and greater than or equal to
