There is a proverb that says: "If you don't go out in the morning, you will travel a thousand miles in the evening." It means that if there are flaming clouds in the morning, it may rain; if there are flaming clouds in the evening, it will be sunny tomorrow.
There is also a proverb:
"Burn in the morning, water in the evening." It means that burning clouds come out in the morning, but it may rain in the evening. This is similar in meaning to the first half of the previous proverb.
