How to make a stone pot of eight treasures tofu
Ingredients:
Water tofu 200 grams, crab roe/shrimp/small mussels/ oysters/flesh armor 10 grams each
Cabbage grain/shiitake mushrooms/sea bottom coconut 10 grams each, Jinba concentrated chicken juice 10 grams
Salt/oil moderately
Step by step
→ Add oyster sauce, salt, and 10 grams of chicken juice concentrate;
→ Pour in the tofu and cook until the juice is reduced, and finally drizzle with sesame oil;
→ Plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Tips
Don't cook the tofu too long to keep it tender.
