What's the difference between Arowana sesame oil and ground sesame oil?
1, different raw materials: sesame oil, which can be understood as sesame oil and sesame seasoning oil (or sesame blended oil). Sesame oil is made of pure sesame oil, sesame seasoning oil contains a certain proportion of sesame oil, and other vegetable oils, such as corn oil and soybean oil, are mixed by various oils. Cat sesame oil is 100% pure sesame oil, and does not contain any other oil.

2. Different processing methods: There are three kinds of sesame oil: common sesame oil, machine-pressed sesame oil and blended sesame oil, which are mainly produced by pressing, leaching or machine-pressing. From the quality point of view, the aroma and nutrition of machine-pressed sesame oil > common sesame oil > blended oil gradually decreased. Small ground sesame oil is ground with a stone mill at low temperature and low pressure, which will not destroy the aromatic substances and nutrients of sesame seeds. Then, the oil is extracted by water substitution method without adding any chemicals, and heavy metal substances harmful to human body are precipitated from the sesame oil, which is the healthiest and best quality sesame oil.

3. Different colors: pure sesame oil is red or orange-red, ground sesame oil is the darkest, and machine pressed sesame oil and ordinary sesame oil are lighter. If rapeseed oil is added, the blended sesame oil will be dark yellow, and if cottonseed oil is added, the blended sesame oil will be dark red.

4. Aroma: The ground sesame oil has a rich and unique fragrance, the machine-pressed sesame oil has a slight faint fragrance, the ordinary sesame oil has only a faint fragrance, and the blended sesame oil has only a small amount of sesame fragrance.
