How to make Beef and Radish Dumpling Stuffing

Materials for Beef and Radish Stuffed Dumplings

200g of Beef Stuffing 1 radish

2 green onions 1 large piece of ginger

1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp

1 tsp five-spice powder 2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp cooking oil

1 handful of shrimp peel 500g of flour

Step 1

Prepare white radish and beef stuffing

Prepare seasoning

Cut green onion and ginger into finely chopped pieces

A small piece of shrimp peel is washed and chopped.

Add 270g of cold water to 500g of flour and form a dough, cover and let rise for 30 minutes. (The amount of water should be decided according to the strength of the flour.)

Add 70g of water to the beef mixture in small quantities, stir clockwise, then add the seasonings (salt, five-spice powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar) and stir clockwise.

Add the chopped green onion and ginger and continue to stir clockwise.

Put a little hot water in the pot, add the shredded radish and cook for 30 seconds.
