Ingredients
7-8 small taros, half a catty of duck, ginger cubes, garlic, green onions, Pixian watercress, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, 2 star anise
Method
1. Peel the taro and cut into pieces, and cut the duck into pieces.
2. Heat the oil in the pot, fry the taro until it turns a little yellow, take it out and set aside.
3. Heat the oil in the pot, stir-fry the duck pieces until slightly brown, then add the taro, ginger, garlic, green onion and Pixian bean paste and saute until fragrant.
4. Add soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, and two star anise, add broth and bring to a boil.
5. After the water boils, cook over low heat until the sauce is thick and the duck is soft.
