Chicken leg meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, curry (preferably black pimples, light powder tastes a little light) salt.
Exercise:
1, cut chicken leg into pieces, wash and soak to remove blood and dry for later use. Put a little oil in the pan and fry it until it changes color.
2. Add chopped potatoes, carrots, onions and chicken, stir fry together, add appropriate amount of hot water and cook for about 15 minutes, turn off the fire, add curry blocks, gently stir until completely dissolved, and add blanched green beans.
3. Fire again and continue heating for about 5 minutes. When it thickens, add salt to taste and stir well.
When the potatoes and carrots are cooked until they are soft and rotten, you can turn off the fire and take out the pot.
5. Pour it on the freshly cooked rice.
