Originally, I wanted to make a pot with bibimbap. Yesterday, I saw a photo of casserole rice noodle sent by my friend and suddenly became greedy. I miss the days when I went to the snack street near the school to eat casserole rice noodles, so I decided to make it myself! Just the day before, there was a little pig bone soup left by my father. I can't waste it, just like the soup is used!
Materials?
Ginger, tomato, carrot, fungus, Pleurotus ostreatus, cauliflower, cucumber, bean sprouts, vermicelli, pork bone soup.
The practice of casserole fans?
Choose your favorite ingredients according to your own taste. I'm used to being a vegetarian recently, so I'm mainly vegetarian. Slice tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers, tear Pleurotus ostreatus into strips, separate cauliflower, and wash bean sprouts for later use.

Boil the pork bone soup and add tomatoes and mushrooms to make it delicious.
Add carrots, cauliflower and fungus.
When carrots and cauliflower are almost ripe, add vermicelli and bean sprouts, and finally add cucumber (cucumber can also be spread directly without boiling until the heat is turned off, because I like the crispy feeling of cucumber. )

Add seasonings such as salt, soy sauce, vinegar and pepper according to everyone's taste. Because the pork bone soup and ingredients are very fresh, I added some salt appropriately.
Stay away from the fire and sprinkle onions! Over!
The casserole from the fire is still boiling ~ I am a little excited at the thought of being eaten by me soon!
