Garlic 3 cloves
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
Fresh soy sauce 1 teaspoon

1. Wash the Chinese cabbage. If there are big leaves, break them. What I bought in the market were bundles and two small bundles. I picked the old leaves and left so many.
2. Boil the water and add a few drops of sesame oil or cooking oil to prevent the leaves from turning yellow. Boil for about 2 minutes, remove and control the water for use.
3. Put the cabbage on the plate. I put the leaves aside.
4. Prepare materials for juice mixing, fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce and minced garlic into a bowl. Just wait for the hot oil to pour.
5. Pour the sauce on the cabbage, and the cooked cabbage will be ready, simple and easy to make, and retain the original flavor of the cabbage.
