Exercise:
Put pork belly in cold water and cook until chopsticks pass through the skin;
Take out the slices, stir-fry in the pan to get oil;
1 spoon bean paste, 1 spoon soy sauce, 1 spoon oyster sauce, 1 spoon cooking wine, a little salt and sugar, 1 spoon soy sauce;
Pour in green peppers, onions and garlic sprouts;
Stir fry evenly.
