Cai Sum Fried Rice
Preparation materials: Thai fragrant rice, sausage, egg yolk, grainy rice, cabbage sticks
Preparation method:
1. Remove the leaves from the cabbage and cut it into small pieces. Add eggs according to the amount of rice. First, mix the eggs, a small amount of chicken essence and salt into the rice and set aside.
2. Cut the sausage into cubes and boil it in boiling water for 3 seconds. Take it out for a minute, add oil and stir-fry until the water is dry and set aside
3. Pour in the mixed rice and stir-fry until the egg yolk is 7 minutes cooked, add in the fried sausage and stir-fry, add in the chopped Stir-fry cabbage and serve
