1. Prepare a piece of ginger and cut it into large pieces. Wash the ribs and put them in a pot to boil to remove some unclean substances. Take out the ribs and ginger. Pour out the water and drink the ginger. Stir-fry the ribs together with oil and add some favorite seasonings such as star anise
2. Don’t leave the lotus root idle when stir-frying the ribs. Wash the lotus root and cut it into diagonal pieces. Make it a little larger and put it in a soup simmering vessel. If you don’t have a special soup simmering vessel, you can use other convenient vessels instead. Add water, add seasonings, such as some lotus seed rice and some spices. For crispy or powdery lotus roots, you need to distinguish them when buying them, and you cannot use salt to adjust them.
3. Put the fried and discolored pork ribs into the lotus roots and cook. After the water boils, just simmer for a while.
4. Add salt and seasoning before stewing, that is, add salt and seasoning after boiling for the first time. Then simmer again.
5. It is better to sprinkle some chopped green onion on the lotus root soup when serving.
