Ingredients: 1000 grams of ribs, 10 grams of Gastrodia elata, 10 red dates, 20 wolfberries, 1 piece of ginger, salt
Method
1. Wash the ribs and cut into pieces. Wash the Gastrodia elata, soak it in water for an hour (do not throw away the soaking water and pour it into the soup together), cut into thin slices, wash the red dates and wolfberries, and slice the ginger for later use.
2. Boil a pot of water, add the ribs and blanch until they change color, then take them out. Put the blanched ribs into a casserole, pour enough cold water at one time, and add ginger slices.
3. After the high heat boils, change to medium-low heat, add gastrodia elata, red dates and wolfberry, cover and simmer for more than 2-3 hours, then add salt.
