How to make Thai Lemongrass Pan Fried Pork Neck ?
Pork neck meat choose fat and lean loose board meat parts; the rest of the ingredients as shown. The pork neck can be soaked in lightly salted water and rinsed, then blotted on kitchen paper and set aside; this is a quick and easy meal for two, so omit this step.
Grind the garlic and slice the lemongrass on the diagonal, then combine with the peppercorns, lemon juice, and wine to coat the pork neck.
Mix with oyster sauce and white miso, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. The marinade can be extended.
Heat the steak pan well and put a little butter in it. Fry the steak according to the steak frying method: 2 minutes on both sides over high heat. Be careful not to switch sides too often. Fry the steak just until it is cooked all the way through.
