After the onset, chicks choose sulfonamides, such as sulfamethoxazole and sulfanilamide synergist (TMP). The ratio of TMP to sulfanilamide is 1: 5, and the concentration is 0.02%. Antibiotics such as norfloxacin, enrofloxacin, florfenicol and ciprofloxacin can also be used for 4-5 days. Andrographis paniculata, Euphorbia humifusa, garlic, Zanthoxylum bungeanum and other two antibacterial traditional Chinese medicines were treated and mixed for 4-5 days according to the ratio of 1-2%. At first, sick chickens will make noises, sneeze and cough, then they will be listless, lose appetite, drink more water and discharge white watery feces containing a lot of urate. If it is serious, the comb, face and skin of the whole body will turn black. The kidneys of dead chickens are swollen and pale pink, like peanuts and beans. The whole kidney is mottled into a white reticular pattern, commonly known as "spotted kidney", and the ureter becomes thicker and whiter. In the case of renal transmission in chickens, chicks can be inoculated with 2-3 times of new branch bivalent attenuated vaccine of 4-series H 120 and 2-3 times of new branch bivalent attenuated vaccine of 4-series H52, which can quickly control the development of the disease. At the same time, the content of protein in feed should be appropriately reduced, and chickens should be fed with 0.3% baking soda for 2-3 days.
Sick chickens are dehydrated, their eyes are sunken, their paws are dry, and white feces such as rice or milk are discharged. Feathers around the anus are stuck by feces. There are bleeding stripes or spots on the chest muscles and leg muscles of dead chickens, and there are bleeding spots or bleeding bands on the glandular stomach side at the junction of glandular muscles and stomach. Stress caused by sudden environmental change: the light intensity, temperature, humidity and ventilation have changed greatly. Will affect the state of chicken manure. For example, if the light at home is too strong, the temperature and humidity are too high or too low, and the ventilation is too large or too small, it will easily lead to indigestion, loose stool and white stool. In this case, it is generally necessary to strengthen environmental management, avoid environmental pressure as much as possible, and supplement vitamins appropriately to alleviate this kind of environmental stress diarrhea.
Stress caused by sudden changes in feed and drinking water: such as adding a lot of green feed (especially green feed with high water content); Unhealthy drinking water, excessive addition of vitamins or other nutrients, excessive addition of probiotics or sugar may all lead to chicken diarrhea. In this case, first of all, we must ensure the quality of the feed, and the feed should be gradually changed in the process of adjustment, not suddenly changed, not to mention overfeeding the green feed. Drinking water must be safe and hygienic, and nutrients and probiotics must be fed in the required proportion. Stress caused by raising chickens, grazing or epidemic prevention: After raising chickens, grazing or epidemic prevention, there will be great stress, and chickens are prone to diarrhea and white feces appear. In this case, we suggest to assign personnel in advance, and it is best to divide the chickens in the henhouse into several groups in advance to protect the chickens. Adding vitamins and glucose to drinking water before and after epidemic prevention can effectively reduce stress. If the stress is too great, the symptoms will be delayed in the next two days, and the symptoms should be treated in time.
