Ingredients: mutton, cooking wine, sugar, salt, cinnamon, star anise, ginger and pepper.
1. Cut the mutton into small pieces and blanch it in a pot, as shown in the figure.
2. Then take it out and wash it under the tap.
3. Then pour it directly into the rice cooker, as shown in the figure.
4. Next, add cinnamon and star anise, as shown in the figure.
5. Add some ginger slices and peppers, as shown in the figure.
6. Add some sugar, as shown in the figure.
7. Add some salt after adding sugar, as shown in the figure.
8. Pour in cooking wine, as shown in the figure.
9. Add appropriate amount of water and stew for 20 minutes, then simmer for a few minutes.
10. Cook and serve, as shown in the figure.
