Material preparation: 60g beef, 30g potato, 25g onion and 5g starch.
Accessories: complementary food oil, baby soy sauce, onion, a little ginger.
Exercise:
Cut beef into small pieces, add ginger slices to remove fishy smell, marinate for 10 minutes, cut potatoes and onions into large pieces, put the marinated beef into a food supplement machine, put the potatoes and onions together, and mash them into mud. Add a little starch, complementary oil and baby soy sauce to the beaten meat sauce and stir well. Put the evenly stirred meat sauce into a paper bag for later use.
Cut a small pot under the paper bag, add a little auxiliary oil, squeeze the meat sauce into strips, fry it slowly on low heat until both sides are golden and cooked, and serve.
