How to Make Cold Skin with Clarified Noodles ?
Pour the clarified flour into a basin.
Add a small amount of flour and stir well. (Adding a bit of flour can make the cold skin tough and more powerful)
Add water and stir with chopsticks while adding.
Stir until you have a thinner batter, then you don't need to add water.
Simply scoop with a spoon into a running stream.
