② Add 150g cotton candy, and simmer until it melts.
③ After the cotton candy is completely melted, add 100g milk powder.
(4) Stir with low fire to form a ball, and add a proper amount of dried cranberries.
⑤ Stir well, pour into a non-stick square dish (oil-absorbing paper is also acceptable), and press-form.
6. After cooling, cut into appropriate sizes.
Note: the marshmallows must be completely melted, and the milk powder is too hard and soft. It is not recommended to use baby milk powder, which will affect the synthesis degree of nougat and cause it to be too sticky to be molded.
Be sure to use a non-stick pan, the whole process must be very small fire, milk powder can be turned off after mixing well.
