Choose minced pork, cut shallots into powder, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt and black pepper, beat in eggs, stir clockwise to taste, and let stand.
Peel, wash and slice the lotus root. Don't cut off the first knife, just two thirds of it. Use chopsticks to embed the seasoned minced meat in it.
Mix the flour with proper amount of water and salt, wrap the prepared lotus root with flour, fry it in an oil pan until it is golden, and take it out. There must be more oil. After taking it out of the pan, use oil-absorbing paper to absorb oil, and then spray the lotus root cake to eat.

note:
1, when washing lotus root, add a proper amount of edible salt and rub it clean, which will help to remove the internal silt deeper.
2. When mixing the batter, be sure to add the right amount of salt.
