The practice of stir-frying yam with spinach
Exercise 1
0 1 Pour fresh spinach into the basin.
Cut off the roots, pick off the yellow leaves and clean them.
After the yam is also cleaned, peel it and cut it into small pieces and soak it in water to prevent oxidation and discoloration.
Add a proper amount of water to the pot, bring it to a boil with high fire, put the yam pills into the pot, blanch them, take them out, rinse them again, drain the water and put them on a plate for later use.
Spinach is also put into the pot and blanched.
Take it out in the shower immediately and cut it into small pieces.
Heat the oil pan and stir-fry the spinach over high heat.
Stir-fry and add yam.
Stir fry quickly and evenly, add 1 teaspoon salt and a little monosodium glutamate to taste.
10 Stir fry again and serve.

1. material: yam (washed, peeled and sliced) and spinach (washed)
2. Cut the washed spinach on the chopping board for later use.
3. Heat the pan with 3 tbsp oil, add chopped yam and stir fry.
4. Next, add a proper amount of water and cook until cooked.
5. Then, add chopped spinach and stir fry.
6. Finally, add 1 tablespoon salt.
7. Add 0.5 spoon of monosodium glutamate.
8. Season and mix well. Serve.

Wash and slice yam; Wash spinach and cut into 4 cm long segments;
Clean lean meat and cut into filaments; Shred ginger and cut onion into sections.
Put the pork in a bowl, add starch, salt and monosodium glutamate, mix well and hang it for later use. Heat a wok with high fire, add vegetable oil, stir-fry ginger and onion when it is 60% hot, then add pork, cooking wine, spinach, yam slices, salt and monosodium glutamate, and stir-fry until cooked.
