Tofu, Flammulina velutipes
Exercise:
1, wash Flammulina velutipes, remove roots, and cut tofu into pieces. Mix a sauce: a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of starch, a spoonful of Chili noodles, a proper amount of water, and mix well.
2. Add minced garlic and millet into a pan with little oil, stir fry until fragrant, then add Flammulina velutipes, tofu and sauce in turn, stir well, stew for 7-8 minutes, and sprinkle with coriander.
