Korean-style bibimbap
Ingredients:
Vegetarian recommendations: spinach, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, zucchini squash, bean sprouts
Meat recommendations: chicken, beef/fatty beef, pancetta, shrimp, luncheon meat
Steps to make:
1. Wash and shred all the veggie vegetables and marinate the meat for 20 minutes:1 tsp of soya sauce + 1 tsp of cooking wine + salt + black pepper. Black pepper;
2. Blanch the veggies in water, put some garlic on the meat and saute it in a pan and set aside;
3. Cover all the vegetables with rice, add kimchi, cut a runny egg and cover it, add the sauce and mix well.
Sauce recipe: 2 tbsp Korean hot sauce + 2 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + 2 tbsp Sprite + 1 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp sesame oil + 1 tbsp chili powder + 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
