2. Tofu and shrimp are washed together and steamed. Add favorite seasonings such as soy sauce, Chili sauce, sesame oil, etc. and steam for two or three minutes.

Clean the shrimp, shell and chop it, wrap it with egg liquid and a little starch, then cut the tofu into cubes, dig a hole in the middle, then put the shrimp in the tofu, cover it, wrap the egg liquid with some starch or bread crumbs, and fry it in an oil pan. I like to season it with my own dipping sauce. I usually like to steam 10 minutes after frying, and then dip in the sauce to eat.
