Steps
1. Wash the beef and soak it in water for more than 2 hours. Fully soak the blood out and change the water several times during this period. Then cut into large pieces and set aside.
2. Blanch the beef in a pot under cold water.

4. Then pour the beef and soup into the electric pressure cooker.
5. Add 1 piece of galangal, 2 cardamom, 1 nutmeg, 2 bay leaves, 1 cinnamon, 1 star anise (aniseed), 1 grass fruit, appropriate amount of green onion and ginger , Appropriate amount of cooking wine.
6. Use an electric pressure cooker to cook for 30 minutes.
7. Cut onions into cubes.
8. Cut potatoes and carrots into cubes.

10. Add carrots and potatoes and stir-fry.
11. Pour in the beef stew soup and cover the vegetables. Add curry cubes.
12. After boiling the pot, turn to medium-low heat. When the curry cubes are fully dissolved, add the beef.
13. Cook for about 10 minutes. When the potatoes and carrots are cooked, add apple chunks and an appropriate amount of salt, then turn to high heat and cook for 5 minutes until the soup thickens.
