Ginger and pork liver soup
Ingredients: 500g of pork liver, 20g of shredded ginger, 0/5g of chopped green onion/kloc-,0/000ml of water/kloc-and a little sesame oil.
Seasoning: salt 1/2 teaspoons, rice wine 2 tablespoons.
Exercise:
Step 1: Prepare the pot, and pour water to boil. Add shredded ginger and shredded onion, and pour the cut pork liver into boiling water.
Step 2: stir the pig liver evenly,
Step 3: After the water boils 10 second, immediately turn off the fire and soak for 3 minutes until the pork liver slices are cooked.
Step 4: Open the pot cover to see if the pork liver is cooked.
Step 5: Add seasoning salt, rice wine and chopped green onion, then pick up pork liver and floating foam, and then boil the soup.
Step 6: Sprinkle some sesame oil and take it out.
Spinach and pork liver soup
Ingredients: 450g pork liver, 20g shredded ginger, 0/5g onion/kloc-,0/5g medlar/kloc-,70g spinach, and 0/000ml water/kloc-.
Marinade: 1 tsp sweet potato powder, 1 tsp rice wine, a little sesame oil.
Seasoning: a little sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons rice wine, a little sesame oil.
Exercise:
Step 1: Wash the pork liver, cut it into small pieces and put it in a fresh-keeping box.
Step 2: Add marinated seasoning, sweet potato powder, 1 tbsp rice wine and sesame oil, stir well and marinate for one hour.
Step 3: Prepare a pot of water and boil it. Add shredded ginger and scallion, and pour in the marinated pork liver.
Step 4: After the water is boiled again, add Lycium barbarum and spinach.
Step 5: Turn off the fire immediately and soak for 3 minutes.
Step 6: Add seasoning sugar, salt, rice wine and sesame oil and mix well. Cook it again and turn off the heat at once.
