Steps
Add 4 grams of yeast to 1.60 grams of milk.
2. Add 30 grams of corn oil and stir evenly.
3. Wash and dry the shallots. It is best to use chives. I can’t buy them here and use shallots instead.
4. Chop into pieces and set aside. Break it into pieces as much as possible.
5. After mixing flour, sugar and salt, add baking soda.
6. Add cooked white sesame seeds.
7. Add chopped green onion.
8. Stir evenly.
9. Pour in the milk mixture.
10. Stir into floc.
11. Knead into dough.
12. Roll out the dough thinly.
13. Use a mold to press it into shape. If not, you can also cut it into a square shape.
14. Brush the baking sheet with a thin layer of oil.
15. Place the biscuits, brush a little salt water on the surface, poke some holes with a fork, and let it rise for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and bake for about 10 minutes
