Practice:
(1) Wash the ginger, peel it, squeeze it out with a juicer for later use, heat the milk, add sugar according to your favorite sweetness, and turn off the fire after the sugar melts.
(2) Cool the heated milk to 70-80 degrees, and pour the milk into the ginger juice in one go. It's best to make it stronger when rushing, and wait quietly for 5 to 15 minutes, and the delicious ginger juice will hit the milk.
2. Red bean milk cake
Practice:
(1) Soak the red beans in boiling water for half an hour, cook them in a pot, pour all the remaining ingredients into the pot, and cook them slowly with low heat. In the meantime, we will keep stirring until they are thick.
(2) Add drained red beans, gently stir until the red beans are evenly distributed, pour them into a favorite mold, freeze them in the refrigerator, and use a knife to demould along the edge and back out.
3. Fruit jelly
Practice:
(1) Put the milk and QQ sugar into the pot, turn on the high fire and stir until the QQ sugar melts, then pour the liquid into the container and add a little fruit.
(2) After cooling, put it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat, you can take one out of the refrigerator and eat it. When it is delicious, the fruit jelly is ready.
4. Milk pudding
Practice:
(1) Pour the milk into the pot and heat it, then pour the cotton candy into the pot and stir to melt it. When the cotton candy is completely melted, turn off the fire and pour it into the container for later use.
(2) Cut the fruit into dices, add a proper amount into a container filled with milk marshmallows, and put it in the refrigerator for three hours. After three hours, the delicious milk jelly is finished.
5, milk sago fishing
Practice: thoroughly cook sago with boiling water, cut the fruit into granules, pour milk into the pot, add white sugar, sago and fruit granules and boil them together. If you don't like to drink hot, you can directly pour the fruit and sago into the milk.
