Ingredients: 350g medium flour, 0/00g low flour/kloc-,50g fried sesame flour, 95g brown sugar flour, 250ml water, 5g yeast and a little peanut oil.

1, knead dough with a bread machine, and first pour 250 ml of warm water;
2. Add flour, sesame powder, brown sugar powder and peanut oil, then dig a small hole and add yeast;
3. The stirring process is 15 minutes, and then the fermentation time is about one hour;
4. Divide into 16 pieces of dough, knead them and put them into a steamer for secondary fermentation;
