Mild: mild illness, including repeated fatigue, dizziness, loss of appetite, aversion to oil, yellow urine, discomfort in liver area, poor sleep, mild tenderness of liver and mild splenomegaly. There are no symptoms or signs in some cases. Liver function index is only 1 or 2 slightly abnormal.

Moderate: Symptoms, signs and laboratory tests are between mild and severe.

Severe: The symptoms of hepatitis are obvious or persistent, such as fatigue, anorexia, abdominal distension, yellow urine and loose stool. , accompanied by liver disease, liver palm, spider nevus, splenomegaly, ALT and/or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) increased repeatedly or continuously, albumin decreased, and gamma globulin increased obviously.
