Use a skillet, lay the chicken breasts out flat, cover with water 3-5cm above the surface of the meat, add your favorite aromatic leaves and herbs. Cover and wait for the water to boil, reduce the heat to low, keep the water basically non-bubbling or slightly small bubbles, half cover the pan and heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, remove the pot, cover tightly and wait another 15 minutes to remove.
Allow to cool, tear by hand, and continue to the next step according to your favorite way of eating, such as in salads, such as in sauces.
Tip
*Another way to make it more tender is to leave the chicken out for now and just bring the water and herbs to a boil, then lay it flat into the chicken, half-cover the pan, and lower the heat for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, cover tightly, and let sit for 15 minutes.
