For cold and wind-cold, fever and cold, headache and nasal congestion, with cough or chest tightness. The product can disperse cold, open and promote lung qi, can be used with ginger. With cough, often with almonds and beard, such as apricot Su San; if there is also stagnation of qi and chest tightness, more with Xiang Fu, Chen Pi and so on, such as Su San. It is used in cases of stagnation of qi in the spleen and stomach, chest tightness and vomiting. This product has the efficacy of moving qi, relaxing the middle, harmonizing the stomach and stopping vomiting. If it is cold, it can be used with patchouli; if it is hot, it can be used with Huanglian. If it is used in the case of stagnation of qi and phlegm, it is often used in the same way with half-sia and thick park. It is also used for vomiting in pregnancy, fullness in the chest and abdomen, and is often combined with Chen Pi and Sha Ren to strengthen its effect of stopping vomiting and tranquilizing the fetus. Used for abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea caused by eating fish and crab, used alone or with ginger, dahurica decoction.
