Introduction to the ways to make dumplings:
The first type: copper coin dumplings
Put four pieces of dumpling wrappers into the fillings respectively, add less filling, fold them in half and combine them seal. Then seal the four dumplings outwards, press each other into a circle, place them in the palm of your hand, and pinch the edges of the round dumplings.
Use your right hand to pinch the round dumpling into a spike-like lace.
Second type: Sunflower dumplings
Put the filling in the center of a piece of dumpling wrapper, and cover it with another piece of dumpling wrapper. Use your fingers to pinch the folded edges of the two dumpling skins thinly, and then pinch them into a spike-shaped lace.
The third type: wavy dumplings
Put the dumpling skin in the palm of your hand, put the filling, fold it in half, and seal it into a semicircle. Starting from the left, place the index finger of your right hand slightly past the front of your thumb. Push the fold of the dumpling wrapper forward slightly with your index finger. Gently pinch it with the front end of your thumb. Repeat this step to the right side.
