Registration of sole proprietorship enterprises and partnership enterprises

Registration jurisdiction of district and county industrial and commercial sub-bureaus: limited liability companies outside the scope of acceptance of the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce shall be registered by the sub-bureau where the enterprise is registered; A branch of a limited liability company.
