5. Bid summary. Every time a bid is completed, whether it is successful or not, it should be summarized to see if there are any mistakes and good practices for future bidding reference. If it is successful, it should handle the letter of acceptance, sign a contract and organize construction (or supply) according to the requirements of the bidding documents. If you don't win the bid, refund the bid bond as required.
