Enterprise employees have participated in unemployment insurance in accordance with the law and paid unemployment insurance premium 12 months or more; Persons who have obtained primary (Grade 5), intermediate (Grade 4) and advanced (Grade 3) vocational qualification certificates (excluding professional and technical categories) or vocational skill level certificates may apply for 1 subsidy within one natural year.

Online subsidy application process

first step

Log in to official website of Chengdu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and click Personal Service → Personal Employment Online.

Second step

Log on to the government service platform of Chengdu People's Society

Login method: 1. Password login, press 2. "Sichuan People's Society APP" scan code login.

Third step

After logging in successfully, select the column of unemployment insurance, and click "unemployment insurance skill upgrading subsidy application".

Fourth step

Fill in the basic information such as occupation type and certificate level.

Step five

Upload personal basic information: the front and back of ID card, social security card or bank card, vocational skill level certificate and screenshot of online inquiry of vocational skill level certificate.

After the application is completed, a serial number will be generated. At the same time, you can go to the inquiry page to check the progress of subsidy application, and the audit will be notified by SMS.
