It mainly depends on what kind of shops are operated, and there are no laws and regulations for shops not to live in. However, the place where inflammable and explosive dangerous goods are produced, stored and operated shall not be located in the same building as the residential place, and keep a safe distance from the residential place. Where the place where other articles are produced, stored and managed is in the same building as the residence, it shall conform to the national technical standards for fire control of engineering buildings.
