Article 4 Full-time safety production management personnel refer to full-time personnel who have passed the safety production assessment by the competent construction department or other relevant departments and obtained the safety production assessment certificate, and are engaged in safety production management in enterprises, including the person in charge of the enterprise safety production management organization and its staff and full-time safety production management personnel at the construction site.
The person in charge of the enterprise safety production management institution shall, according to the actual situation of enterprise safety production, revise the rules and regulations of enterprise safety production in time, deploy safety production management personnel at all levels, supervise, guide and evaluate the safety production management of various departments or branches of the enterprise, and cooperate with relevant departments to investigate and deal with accidents.
The personnel of the enterprise safety production management organization are responsible for the statistics of safety production-related data, the equipment and inspection of safety protection and labor protection articles, and the safety supervision of the construction site.
Full-time safety production management personnel on the construction site are responsible for the patrol inspection of safety production on the construction site and make records. Article 5 The full-time safety production management personnel in the safety production management organization of the general construction contracting enterprise shall be fully equipped according to the qualification categories and grades of the enterprise, and the number of full-time safety production management personnel shall be at least:
(1) group company-1 person/10,000 square meters/year (production capacity) or output value per billion buildings/year, and not less than 4 people.
(2) Engineering company (branch company, regional company)-1 employee/1 00000 square meters/year (production capacity) or every1100 million construction output value/year, with no less than 3 employees.
(3) Professional company-1 person/100,000 square meters/year (production capacity) or per1100 million building output value/year, and no less than 3 people.

Article 6 A safety production management team headed by the project manager shall be established for a construction project.
