What's the difference between Michelin restaurants and star hotels?

It's different in itself. One focuses on food and the other is accommodation. Generally, the rating standard of hotels is divided into five standards: one-star to five-star, with five-star being the highest. The two Michelin-starred rating standards are: raw materials and ingredients, fusion of cooking standards and tastes, innovation ability, value for money and consistency of cooking standards. I really feel that there is nothing to compare. I prefer Michelin's western food, which is really a must. Of course, there are more in Hong Kong and Macao now, but not many in the mainland.
