Without justifiable reasons, pipeline gas enterprises shall not refuse or delay the acceptance.

before the handover is completed, the construction unit shall assume the responsibility for the maintenance and management of pipelines and facilities; In case of damage, it shall be responsible for repairing or updating. Fourteenth pipeline gas enterprises shall complete the connection of the project gas pipeline and municipal gas pipeline within five working days after the construction unit handles the gas supply procedures. Fifteenth pipeline gas facilities that have been completed and put into use, such as connection, emergency rescue and maintenance, shall be undertaken by the pipeline gas enterprises themselves or entrusted by enterprises with corresponding qualifications. Article 16 The warranty period of pipeline gas project shall not be less than two years, counting from the date when the project is completed and accepted.

when the pipeline gas enterprise maintains the gas pipelines and facilities used by users, the property management unit and users shall cooperate.

when the gas meter is repaired, updated and reformed, the pipeline gas enterprise shall be informed to register the measurement.

the maintenance, renewal and transformation of user gas pipelines and facilities shall be entrusted to units with corresponding qualifications.
