College students who are stationed in municipal or above business incubation bases and college student entrepreneurial carriers recognized by the human resources and social services departments for entrepreneurship, and who have received business licenses or registration certificates for privately-run non-enterprise units, and who have paid social insurance premiums under the name of their self-run entities according to the law (except for college students), may apply for a maximum of 1,000 yuan/month of subsidies for entrepreneurial rent for a period of three years from the date of registration of the entrepreneurial entity.

Article 4: Entrepreneurship-led Employment Subsidy.
