1. In violation of the provisions of Article 118 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC), catering service operators who discharge lampblack have not installed lampblack purification facilities, used lampblack purification facilities abnormally or failed to take other lampblack purification measures, and discharged lampblack beyond the emission standard, the supervision and management department determined by the local people's government at or above the county level shall order it to make corrections and impose a fine of not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan; Refuses to correct, shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification.

2. In violation of Article 118 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC), the supervision and management department determined by the local people's government at or above the county level shall order the new construction, reconstruction and expansion of residential buildings that produce oil smoke, odor and waste gas, commercial and residential buildings without supporting special flue, and catering service projects on commercial floors adjacent to residential floors in commercial and residential buildings; Refuses to correct, be closed, and impose a fine of not less than ten thousand yuan but not more than one hundred thousand yuan.

3. Whoever, in violation of the provisions of Article 118 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC), barbecues food in the open air or provides a venue for barbecued food in the time and area prohibited by the local people's government shall be ordered by the supervision and administration department determined by the local people's government at or above the county level to make corrections, and the barbecue tools and illegal income shall be confiscated, and a fine of not less than 500 yuan but not more than 20,000 yuan shall be imposed.
