The elevator door is a very important part of the elevator. There are two doors. The one that can be seen and fixed on each floor from the outside of the elevator is called the hall door, and the one that can be seen and fixed on the car from the inside is called the car door.
Elevator door switches are generally driven by car doors to open and close hall doors. Its stability, rationality and safety are the key factors to determine the elevator grade.
Common faults
Maintenance and troubleshooting methods: ① The control circuit fuse 1RD, 2RD or the door crane circuit fuse 1 1RD is too loose or blown, so tighten or replace it; ② The driving belt of portal crane slips, and the belt is tensioned or replaced; ③ The door motor DM is damaged. The DC voltage between the multimeters M3 and M4 is 1 10V, but the door motor does not turn, indicating that the motor is damaged. Please repair or replace it.
(4) The resistance RMD of the portal crane is disconnected, so replace the resistance RMD; ⑤ The individual terminals (M 1 or M2 or M3 or M4) of the portal crane circuit are loose, and tighten them to make the circuit smooth; ⑥ You can't use the key to open and close the door at the base station. If you short-circuit 22 and 24 o'clock.
When the elevator is closed or 22 and 32 are short-circuited, the elevator is opened, indicating that the contact of the key switch DYK outside the hall is in poor contact or open circuit. If the contact is poor, clean it with anhydrous alcohol and adjust the contact spring; If the contact is broken, replace DYK.
