open the wechat application, log in the account and password, and enter the Jilin tax applet.

1. switch to the [discovery] tab and click the [applet] button inside.

2. If the user has bound his mobile phone number, click the Disable button in the mobile phone number to unbind them.

3. After setting, click the Finish button in the upper right corner of the interface to confirm, so that you can operate normally through WeChat account and password in the future.
