We know from the announcement of "Requirements for Selecting Colleges and Universities in Selected Graduates in 2020" published by Shaanxi, Shandong and Hubei provinces that these provinces and regions have implemented new standards, and students from 985 colleges and some excellent 2 1 1 colleges and universities can apply for the exam. Now it has become a first-class construction university and is eligible to register. Double first-class colleges and universities have become the threshold for the selection of targeted students in various provinces and cities. The following three 985 colleges and universities really feel wronged.
First, Hunan University.
Hunan University is an old 985 university with excellent students. In the past, when all provinces and cities chose Selected Graduates, Hunan University was the focus of attention of all provinces and cities. Now that Hunan University has been "downgraded", it is also very regrettable that some provinces exclude Hunan University. Judging from the strength of universities, Hunan University is no worse than some A-class universities. There are no A+ courses in colleges and universities, but there are still many A-level courses with high recognition.
Judging from the admission scores of colleges and universities, the main performance of Hunan University is also quite good. Bian Xiao query schools in Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Guangdong, 20 19 college entrance examination results, basically ranked in the top 50 universities, better than some A-class universities. Therefore, Hunan University is excluded from Zhao Cheng in Selected Graduates in many provinces, which is also "humbled".
Second, Northeastern University
Northeastern University is an established engineering university, which has made great contributions to the development of industrial production in Northeast China. In China, the first generation of simulation computers and the first domestic CT research results originated from Northeastern University. In the tide of university merger in 2 1 century, Northeastern University did not merge with other medical colleges, which is also an important reason for the low ranking of colleges and universities. Nowadays, due to the slow development, it has also been reduced to a class B institution of higher learning.
Judging from the ranking of engineering universities, Northeastern University is still very good, and its discipline accuracy is also very high. Northeastern University alone has not yet developed into a comprehensive university, and its scale advantage is not obvious and its popularity is not great. As a result, several provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions excluded Northeastern University from the selection and allocation of Selected Graduates, which is very regrettable.
Third, Northwest A&F University.
Due to the geographical location, the quality of students in Northwest A&F University has gradually declined, and its overall strength is not as good as that of similar 985 colleges. Being "degraded" is also called normal. However, colleges and universities have always insisted on putting agricultural research in the first place and made a lot of efforts to promote the development of agriculture in China. Therefore, when considering Selected Graduates in related fields, all provinces and cities should also include Northwest A&F University, but not exclude it.
These three 985 colleges and universities are only temporarily downgraded to Class B. In the next round of selection, if they develop rapidly, they will have the opportunity to become Class A colleges and universities again. I hope students and parents can also pay close attention to these three universities.
