When I was doing it, some of the questions would instinctively surface instantly as an intuitive answer, and after careful thought, I realized that I still chose the intuitive answer at the very beginning; but some of the questions were barely answered by thinking about them, even if I had already written them down, and was still asking myself: "Is this really my answer?
I'm also curious to see if my answer will be different in 3, 5, or 10 years from now.

Some of the questions are really hard and time-consuming, but in organizing your thoughts, forcing yourself to think about these "most" questions is a way of rethinking and reorganizing the way you get along with the world. If you encounter a difficult question, skip it and do something else, maybe you'll have an answer in a while.
