2. A copy of the new business license after the change;

Registration Form of Foreign Trade Operators (original);

4. If the name of an enterprise changes, it shall submit the Notice of Approval for Change of Enterprise Name issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce;

5. If the legal representative changes, a copy of the ID card of the legal representative after the change shall be submitted.

Go through the formalities of change

There will be some differences in different places. Please consult the local foreign trade department and take Zhongshan, Guangdong as an example:

The Qualification Certificate and Registration Form signed with the word "Guangdong" in the lower right corner are approved and registered by the Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, and the change procedures need to be reported to the Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation for handling.

If the signature in the lower right corner of the registration form is "Zhongshan, Guangdong", it is the registration form issued by Zhongshan Bureau, and the change procedures are handled in Zhongshan Bureau (Foreign Trade Section). After receiving the change application form submitted by the enterprise, Zhongshan Bureau shall go through the change procedures within two working days and issue a new Registration Form for Foreign Trade Operators.

The changed Registration Form for Foreign Trade Operators needs to go through the corresponding change procedures at the customs, safe and tax bureaus within 30 days. Failing to go through the alteration formalities with the above-mentioned departments within the time limit, the altered Registration Form for Foreign Trade Operators will automatically become invalid.
