Equipment, instruments and meters used in special processes must be inspected regularly according to relevant regulations, and unqualified ones shall not be used (hygrometers shall be submitted for inspection in time); 4. Strengthen the training and assessment of inspectors of special process operators, and strive to improve their technical quality. Unqualified persons cannot operate the four quality assurance technology in their posts. Effectively implement the four-product guarantee technology. According to the quality standards and inspection procedures, inspect the quality of raw materials, outsourced parts, products in process and finished products, and strictly control them, so that unqualified materials will not be put into production, unqualified parts will not be assembled, and unqualified finished products will not leave the factory. To do a good job in quality inspection, it is necessary to correctly define the inspection scope and set up inspection procedures, reasonably choose inspection methods, and implement the first three inspection systems (self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection) to prevent mass quality problems. 5. Control the technical documents, establish a technical document change system, ensure the correctness of all kinds of technical data used by the production inspection site and various functional departments, and ensure that the relevant parts involved in the change are coordinated. Invalid technical documents of drawings will be abolished from all points of use in time. 6. Scientific batch management should be carried out for products from feeding and processing to final assembly. A process flow card should be established to ensure that the part batch identification is clear and the processing time, operator and inspector records are complete, so as to ensure the traceability of product quality. 7. All links in the assembly process should be strictly controlled to ensure the assembly quality of products and the reliability of work. In order to find problems in time and prevent quality accidents, the assembly conditions should be: 1. Keep the work site clean and the temperature and humidity meet the requirements; 2. Workers' inspectors understand the product structure and master the assembly process regulations and technical requirements; 3. The inspectors can only operate at their posts after passing the examination; 4.
