Article 2, the investment agreement

Article 3, the scope of business

Article 5, Party A's rights and obligations

Article 6, the rights and obligations of Party B

8. Article VII, Other Matters

1. During the effective period of this agreement, if either party wants to terminate the agreement in advance, it must notify the other party in writing three months in advance, so that the cafeteria can maintain normal operation.

2. When this agreement expires, Party A will give priority to renew the contract with Party B under the same conditions.

3. If there is a dispute between Party A and Party B in the process of signing and fulfilling the contract, both parties should solve the dispute through friendly negotiation; if both parties cannot reach an agreement through friendly negotiation, either party can file a lawsuit to the People's Court.

4. Due to natural disasters, national policies and other irresistible reasons, Party A can negotiate with Party B to terminate the agreement in advance.
